We are saddened to announce the passing of Kay Lovell. Kay had an extended battle with pancreatic cancer that finally came to an end this morning (Thursday, January 10th). Kay’s son, Tray Dix, is a very good friend of mine. I first met her when I went out to do a bit of electrical work in her kitchen. After her diagnosis, I enjoyed a few short visits with Kay. I was even blessed to have a bowl of her homemade goulash on one visit! What a treat! You didn’t have to wonder what was on Kay’s mind. She would tell you straight up. 🙂

We mourn Kay’s loss and extend our deepest sympathies to her children.
