Alice has been moved into palliative care at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock. Donna and I were blessed to sing “Near To The Heart of God” to her and she even let me feed her a few ice chips. This sweet lady is surrounded by loving family but we need to pray for all of them as they face each coming hour. As her son-in-law, David, stated, “We are praying for no pain, no anxiety and a soft landing!” What a great way to express their need!
