Tomorrow marks the anniversary of the passing of one of my dear friends! This man loved his family and was a true friend. For most of our friendship I could not understand what he was saying to me but I always knew he loved me. His life and poetry added great value to my life and many others. One time, he spent hours and hours, of his personal time, to help me do a video of his struggle with Parkinson’s disease. I used this video at Encounter Camp at Lubbock Christian and several hundred teen’s lives were changed! The class was based on how storms in our lives make us better people and Christians.
