“Quick update: Doug was discharged from the hospital yesterday evening. He received a blood transfusion and fluids. He is feeling some better. No infections or blood clots were found. He did have a cardiac issue late Thursday evening going into A-fib. It took a while but they were able to get his heart back in rhytym. As of now, the doctors have said the symptoms he is experiencing are related to the cancer.
