Willie Harris was an icon at Lake OH Ivie! I met him some years ago when I stopped in at the Sportsman’s Lodge to get a pizza. After we visited for a bit we figured out that he had been friends with my dad years ago. He always had a kind word for me and was never to busy to visit for awhile. I know that Willie was generous and helped lots of folks out when they were in a bind. Willie passed away a couple of days ago and will be missed by many friends! I am honored that I was asked to officiate his memorial service Thursday, May 4th at 2:00 PM in Ballinger Texas. The service will be at Lange Funeral Home, 1910 Hutchings.
