Kenneth Morris, long time fishing guide and friend, passed away last Wednesday after battling cancer. I met Kenneth a couple of years ago at the Concho Park marina at lake Ivie. When he found out my side job was guiding bowfishing he was thrilled. He would call me from time to time and tell me where he was seeing gar and would tell me to go kill those stinking fish! I had the pleasure of hiring him as a fishing guide one time and he did a great job putting us on fish. I enjoyed our short visits after he got sick. I would drop by and check on him and he was always cordial even when he wasn’t feeling well.
Please keep his family in your prayers as they navigate these new waters!
