Meet Hendrix Ha

“Our little Hendrix had a bit of a wild past 24 hours. He was very fussy last night and we could not get him to calm down. He started to have trouble breathing so we took him to the the Emergency Room where he was found to have his stomach that had expanded into his left chest. This compressed his left lung and pushed his heart all the way to the right side of his chest. He underwent emergency surgery without any complications and did well. He is now stabilized in the pediatric ICU being taken care of by amazing nurses, doctors, and therapists. He is intubated on a ventilator but should be back to room air in the next couple of days hopefully! Please just keep our little family in your thoughts and prayers in these next few days as he begins to recover ”
