I was supposed to post this last Monday and it slipped my mind! My apologies!
From Amy Cogburn abouit her mother, Sandy:
“Just talked to the doctor. They ended up doing 5 bypasses. She had some bleeding behind her heart towards the end so he had to do a little more to take care of that. The doctor said he’s going to leave her sedated for the night to let her body rest more. We should get to see her for a second in about an hour. “
Then today (1-30): “Mom’s off oxygen and waiting on a bed to open in the stepdown unit.”
