Meet Rylea Burrows! Rylea was in my youth group at Sherwood Church of Christ many years ago. Just a few short months ago Rylea had a liver transplant. A few days ago they found out that the liver was dying. Rylea’s body wasn’t rejecting it, it just seems to have been faulty on it’s own. She was put back on the list for another transplant and in just a couple of days a liver became available. This transplant is a two day process. It was started yesterday and will be completed today.
Rylea is in the Hospital 10.5 hours from her home, husband and 8 year old son. She’s already been there almost 3 months she now has to start the recovery process over and is probably looking at 3-4 more months!
Please add her to your prayer list! This is more than anyone should have to go through, but she’s a fighter and we need to storm Heaven for her!
