I spoke with David Doyle, Adam’s dad yesterday and he shared the following:
They did testing to see how the chemo treatments were doing and the results were not what they were expecting. It seems that the treatment hasn’t helped at all. They are digesting this news and working on a plan to look into other treatment. The goal right now is to get to MD Anderson as soon as possible.
If you remember, Adam was diagnosed with a form of bladder cancer that is very aggressive and rare. The treatments available are few. Let’s continue to lift Adam and his family up in prayer.
My prayer is for the Great Physician to intervene, to heal Adam so we might give Him all the glory. Or, for Him to lead this precious family to the best team of doctors available and to lead them as they treat Adam. But foremost, His will be done!
