Understanding Faith-Based Crisis Intervention

What is Faith-Based Crisis Intervention?

HBS 5874 Spring Creek Brynn Burk GIving Tuesday

Simply put, faith-based crisis intervention is like having a spiritual EMT: always at the ready whenever you need us.

  • Faith-based crisis intervention is having someone by your side when life hits hard and you feel alone.
  • Faith-based crisis intervention is guidance through grief, whether it’s the loss of a loved one or the loss of the life you were living. Traumatic events can change your trajectory, and it’s natural to grieve that kind of change.
  • Faith-based crisis intervention is having a network of individuals and families ready to pray for you at a moment’s notice when it feels like there’s nothing else anyone can do to help you.
  • Faith-based crisis intervention is some financial support when you find yourself displaced.
  • Faith-based crisis intervention is having access to our network of other non-profit organizations who may be able to help in your specific situation when you need more resources.
  • Faith-based crisis intervention is Spring Creek Ministries.

We never know what it will look like, but we are always ready to answer when the call comes.
