This update is from yesterday! Hopefully Monte has been moved out of ICU by now.

“Good Morning Prayer Warriors! Monte is still in ICU, but just waiting for a room to open up on the Bone Marrow Transplant floor. He is experiencing acid reflux and esophageal spasms. Our prayer for today is that Monte will continue to improve, the acid reflux will stop so he feels like eating and that a room will open up on the transplant floor!! Still a long journey ahead, but one day at a time!!”

I will be heading out on the road later this week and may not be able to update as quickly. Susan Cannon has done a wonderful job keeping “Prayer Warriors for Monte & Becky” up to date. Feel free to follow Monte’s progress from that page if you prefer. I will do my best to keep this page updated also!
