Christopher Williams and his family made it safely to Lubbock for his MRI and Doctor appointment. Unfortunately there was a mess up in scheduling and things were not ready for him. But – I was able to see them for lunch and what happened there is what I want to share!

We were at Rosa’s Cafe eating when Chrysta stood up and smiled. She told Christopher to come look who had walked in. Christopher’s eyes went wide as he saw one of the two nurses that worked with him at Covenant during his first days there. He ran over and hugged her. He has improved so much that she didn’t even recognize him. It was a “God sent” reunion in my opinion. Lots of hugs and catching up. Then, Trent Hawthorne walked in! It was better than Christmas! Trent has been so gracious to make visits, befriend and support Christopher and his family! He has also blessed our ministry by helping in other ways! (Thank you, Trent!)

Sadly, they will have to drive back to Port Aransas and come back when the office people get things together. Please continue to pray for this family and thank you for so many prayers in the past!
