Liz Ramos

From Issac, Liz’s husband:

“Liz’s body is working hard to adapt the stem cells she had and a lot of what she has gathered from others, that is a very difficult process. She’s in what is likely the hardest phase of that process and it is very painful. She works through it really well, but it is definitely tough and hard on her, mentally. The doctor pronounced her free of an active Lyme infection, which is amazing, but we still have a long road of recovery ahead of us.”

Ashley Rogers

From Ashley:

Since before Christmas, I’ve been doing a detox program with (what I thought) was a trusted Nutritionist. We had gone to him because we thought he was a physician-based physical therapist for my new leg pain, but decided to stick with it anyway once we found out he was just a Nutritionist. But then, at my last appt with him, I realized that he was not going to be a helpful addition to my health journey.

However, the GOOD news is that I have a new diagnosis!! I was diagnosed with Lupus a little over a week ago, and we are actually really happy with this diagnosis. It’s a chronic autoimmune condition, where your immune system attacks itself, that affects every part of your body and can go into remission once you find your unique treatment plan through trial-and-error. It explains a lot of my symptoms and some that I didn’t even know WERE symptoms.

But let me mention, this does NOT explain my migraine(s). This is a separate diagnosis that explains an overwhelming amount of other symptoms that I DO have. So this is a huge blessing, and just another piece of the puzzle that’s been discovered. 🙏🏼

Here’s to hoping the rest will come along soon! Thank you for all the prayers! 💕 #chronicpainwarrior

Please continue praying for these sweet young ladies!
