Steve Update from Kim:
“Steve is doing really well in Abilene; making lots of progress! He has been successfully off the ventilator since early last week. They have started the process of removing the trach. Today, they replaced the cannula with a smaller one. He is much more comfortable! PT has been working with him about every other day, not wanting to over do it. Today, they had him on a tilting table and worked his arms and legs. He said he is sore but he did really well. Still hoping to get him here to San Angelo for inpatient rehab in a couple of weeks. Continued prayers appreciated!”
