“On Wednesday (day 20) Daniel broke out of the hospital. Truly a miracle. The two attending Physicians said that he did way better than anticipated. Daniel was one of the earliest patient discharges they had seen in the +60 years (combined experience) as hematologist/Oncologist. Daniel went in strong, endured the chemo/radiation/transplant, and continues to do great. There is a list of answered prayers that is too long to list. Thank you for your continued prayers for healing, protection, and mercy over our family.
Over the last 4 days, we have been soaking in the family time together. We will have clinic appointments every Monday and Thursday until further notice. As mentioned before, his first full bone marrow engraftment labs (measure the success of the bone marrow transplant) are on day +28. We continue to pray for his health, protection, and full acceptance of his transplant.”
