Well, Miss Kylie decided she wanted to have a sleepover in the Emergency Room last night.
While I was giving her medicine to her last night, I turned for two seconds to grab the water to flush her meds and she grabbed her extension and pulled her GJ tube right out.
I caught the GJ tube before it came all the way out and pushed it back in. However the J tube goes into her intestines so she has to go under anesthesia and have it placed back into the correct spot.
She is scheduled to go under soon and hopefully it is a quick fix and we can be discharged after the procedure.
Kylie has been fighting off the Rhinovirus for a while now so she is slightly congested which can make anesthesia tricky but they will monitor her closely.
So far the emergency room experience has been great. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. Which I truly appreciate.
