Meet Kaiden!
I am not directly involved with this family, but a prayer warrior shared this with me.

This is really hard but I have always been open and honest with you guys through our whole journey. Over night Kaiden has gotten extremely worse. I am praying and begging God to help my Kaiden.
He is now in multiple organ failure. His lungs are no longer working and his xray is completely white out, kidneys have shut down and not longer are making urine and his heart is now taking a hit. This bacteria has rapidly gone from his lungs to his blood and now attacking organs.
I refused to believe God sent this perfect heart for him to let this be the end. We will not give up. His team is working around the clock thinking of ideas, anything we haven’t tried and reaching out to other centers and friend Drs to see if they have any ideas we haven’t tried yet.
But in the middle of all the chaos, we still find the good. Kaiden still has a heartbeat and his brain is still working. We have pinpointed the exact bacteria so they have changed up antibiotics to better fight that bacteria.
At 2pm today Kaiden will go back to the OR. He is still retaining a lot of fluid and getting puffy. Left artuim of heart is having a hard time. They will go in and place a tube in the left artuim or pulmonary arteries to drain some of that fluid. They are not sure if it will help any but we are going to try.
You guys know what to do and what we need. Please I’m begging you to keep praying.
