This afternoon Keith was able to get in to see his oncologist for his biopsy results. When we got there the doctor came in and confirmed that Keith has a hepatocellular carsinoma (cancerous liver tumor). He also explained that they have found cancer in the lymph nodes, stomach, lungs and bone. Treatment was discussed and next Wednesday Keith and I will attend an information session on what to expect. There are other underlying issues that have to be weighed into Keith’s decision on treatment. He has much on his mind and needs prayers for clarity as he moves forward.
