Update on Keith Winters:
Keith, his cousin, Ronnie and I, did a conference call with the oncology nurse last Wednesday morning. She shared lots of information about how the treatments would work, what to expect and self care. One treatment will focus on the liver the other will search out the cancer that is spreading through his body and work on it. After the meeting, Keith has decided to start treatment ASAP. Probably about 2 weeks until he starts. He has also been having headaches so she was going to ask the doctor to order a MRI of the brain.
I will try to keep updates coming as I can. In the meantime, please continue prayers for Keith as he has a lot of things happening at once and he doesn’t feel well at all.
