I had a great visit with Monte and his family a couple of evenings ago! His spirit was high and he was feeling good. Becky is fighting a cold and needs our prayers but still joined us at the kitchen table for the visit. It was a pleasure to meet their son from California and his sister and brother-in-law. It appeared that the sores, caused by the prolonged fever, were healing nicely. The care package from our home group was greatly appreciated. The Holmes family still has a long road ahead of them and needs our continued prayers.

A huge thank you to our Broadway home group for putting together the wonderful care package and to One Hope Church of Christ for the super soft fleece blanket (which was a lifesaver on the cold flight to Dallas)!
