We’re home finally after a little over 2 weeks post transplant (liver)! For at least the next few weeks she will go back to Dallas for labs/check-up on Mondays and Thursdays.

Yaya and Bubby surprised Savana with streamers, balloons, and a welcome home sign. 😊
