Monte had to be intubated Friday night.
He’s been struggling to breathe for few weeks and has gotten worse every day.
He started two new immune response drugs Saturday and we praying they work and can get him off breathing support. He’s gone from 100% oxygen to 35%, and has a feeding tube. They think it may have started as virus but turned into over aggressive immune response to inflammation in lungs, not GVH, but similar. Monte had fluid drained off heart and lungs two weeks ago. He is a very sick man! Please pray they can get him off the ventilator quick and he starts regaining strength!
