While serving as Outreach and Involvement Minister at Sherwood Church of Christ, I saw a deep need to support elderly and home-bound members who felt forgotten by their church families. That calling led to the founding of Spring Creek Ministries in 2011—a ministry dedicated to bringing encouragement, connection, and spiritual care to those who often feel overlooked.

Music has been a lifelong passion, from singing with my family at a young age to teaching and sharing it throughout the community. In 2012, I joined my husband Lonnie at Spring Creek Ministries, where I now have the blessing of encouraging individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons.

I realized I had truly grown when I found genuine joy in serving others—not out of obligation, but from a deep sense of calling. Serving on the board of Spring Creek Ministries for nearly a decade has allowed me to live out that calling and help others in meaningful, faith-driven ways.
